Susan Marie Stubblefield, 54, of Paducah died at 1:26 p.m. Friday at Western Baptist Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Stubblefield; her children, Holly Marie Smith of Telluride, Colo., Ryan Boyd Whittaker of Athens, Ga., Kellyn Rose Whittaker, Donovan Scott Stubblefield, and James Daniel Stubblefield, all of Paducah; one brother, Keith Claggett of Salem, Ore.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Rosalie Tucker Claggett.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
