Marissa S. Lutgendorf, 53, of Carlisle County died at 10:35 a.m. Monday at her home.
She had been employed as a surgical technician at Western Baptist Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel A. Lutgendorf; her mother, Dorothy Marie Rust Hendrix: four sisters, Donna Simmons of Camp Verde, Ariz., Judy Taylor of Kevil, Barbara Hendrix of Marshall County, and Cassandra Rhoades of Paducah.
She is preceded in death by her father, James E. Hendrix; and one sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. F. Wayne Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
