Kelly Neblett Ellis, 50, of Paducah died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah.
She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was a member of McKendree Methodist Church of Paducah.
She is survived by sons, Ryan and Coy Ellis; mother and stepfather, Janice and Ted Pace; sister, Tracy Nance; brother, Mike Neblett, all of Paducah; and sister, Jamie Elliott of Calvert City; one grandson, Justus Trace Ellis; one granddaughter, Raynee Jade Ellis; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Neblett; grandparents, Noel and Lucille McElya, and Clarence and Hazel Hulen Neblett.
Services will be conducted at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, with the Rev. Keith Tilford officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday night, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday.
